Re: Of L, H and F

The pain in your heart has hit mine so tight....
Here I go with another series of sleepless night...
You think the cries of your painful heart is unheard...
But here I am hearing to only your heart beating in the herd...

No not the pain that draws me to you...
Its the whole life force that comes through...
Just wondering if ever I can tune to the rhythm divine...
How insane Am I or is it the insanity of love oh mine!!

Giggling Trip to Rajasthan

This blog is all about the giggles we had in the trip. Actual details of the trip is yet to follow…..Three Gals, no rules, no regulations…..Had an awesome trip to Rajasthan. Thanks to my friend who did all the planning and bookings.
Journey started from Bangalore Airport to Ahmadabad Airport.
The guy next to us in the plane was super excited to see 3 gals in the same row. So he decided to read the Airline Ads displayed….No no no… not the ones in front of him but the same copy of the ad in front of us J. So obviously we giggled synchronously. The sound made him want to hide his face. So he took the aid of the plane windows……
From Ahmadabad airport to railway station. Some giggles in the waiting room….

Had our dinner in Sun Raise hotel. Dumped our luggage near the reception and sat down waiting for the orders. After a while we noticed an interesting board just above our luggage: “Beware of theft. Baggage kept here are at your own risk….” We took a long pause, looked at each other with a big question mark and obviously we giggled synchronously.
The Ek Dum Garam cold glasses of water served 3 times….and we giggles followed.
Ahmadabad to Udaipur Jheel Restaurant. Hotel boys and the cook had special interest in English. Good Morning mams, Thank You mams….Ya Ya mams… Of course we were 3 singles but together we are plural you see..… So obviously we giggled synchronously.
Lots of giggles in the roll-a-costar drive in the auto/tuk-tuk and  Govindam Café….

Udaipur to Ranakpur Jain mandir. Ranakpur to Jodpur.

We had booked the ticket under ladise reservation. Our compartment was the only one with Ladise. So we had enough fun to giggle…Oh by the way ladisE is not a spelling mistake. That’s how you spell it on display boards in Jodpur…And yes you are right… obviously we giggled synchronously.
Jodpur to Jaiselmer. Travel was sandy as we pass through the desert. The local guys were horrifying…trying to convince on the tourist packages almost physically.
Anyway we reached the Desert Boy Guest House. We Gat a Lat of informazon abat the place. But we don’t thanqs in frendseep….. So obviously we giggled synchronously quite often. Awesome stay in Jaiselmer. Desert safari and a 15 min camel ride experience was good enough to giggle for next few days.
Half day visit to Maathaji mandir in Tannot. Tannotis close to the border. It is under the BSF custody. The Jawans around in the uniform looked dashingly stunning. So obviously we giggled J
Jaiselmer to Bikaner by deluxe non stop bus. Did I say non-stop…oh I also said deluxe….Give me a break….The sleeper bus with people ALL OVER. I mean really all over. Yatri on top of the seats, sleepers, corridors and on each other…The deluxe bus had broken springs of the seats. So no choice but to lean back. With the yatris of the seat behind hugging your seat, so we had yatris hanging on our heads…We giggled at this after 2 days though…
Bekner to Pilani. My friend had to give her exam.
Pilani to Jaipur. Jaipur Inn was an average lodge with above average food rates. 1 day package tour in Jaipur. The guide was an elderly person with interesting expressions.
Now ****** Ladies and Gentlemen*******Look to your right****This is*****Jaipur’s*****Income tax Office….Did you read the * as beep? Nooooo come on…
* here is pause; where every *=1second. Now read it again.
By the way when he said your right, he meant his right. So some intelligent people looked to the correct right, some not so smart people looked to their right then to their left which was actually the correct right….LOL JJ
Now ****** Ladies and Gentlemen*******Look straight (at least there was no confusion where we had to look)****This is*****Jaipur’s*****Albert hall**Museum****And there is the palace****The king***built for his***queens.****You see***No life** without wife***** So we found reasons to giggle.

Jaipur to Mumbai and back to namma Bengaluru……

I am sure I missed a lot of interesting giggles but this experience is going to linger for a long time now. Thank you gals for making it an awesome trip.

Bitter is not always a taste

Bitter at heart…Cant forgive
Bitter from betrayal
Bitter from jealous.
Bit of pain bit of anger.
Bitter all over

Bitter from words
Bitter in relations
Bitten by life
Bitter is the juice
Bit by bit have to gulp...

Empty your cup: A Confession

Weekend was interesting….Saturday attended the first level course on Kriya Yoga…a nice bike drive in the rain. Thanks to my friend…..Mc D burger…. workout in the Gym to burn the calories… J
The course began with book sales. I AM SO GLAD I bought the book “The Second Coming of Christ”. Another worth set of books on Bible like the set of books “God Talks to Arjuna” on Bhagawad Geetha.
I am turning my shelf into a library. Ohh yesss I love books. Soon going to give away some of them at least to make space for the new ones coming in.
Then there were these lovely English Bhajans. These prayers are written by Paramahamsa Yogananda and Swami Kriyananda. The devotion touched the heart. Opening the heart is 50% battle won. I want to agree on that. I am not a kind of person who would go to Bhajans, but it was really fruitful. Ohh yes, the tips on sitting postures for long duration meditations were also useful.
But that is not why I attended the course!!!! At the end of the day, I still don’t know what is actually Kriya Yoga and how it can benefit a seeker on spiritual path.
There were 5 speakers. None sounded authentic on their subject. They were not sure of the syllabus defined for the course. Some were not sure if what they delivered as long speech was relevant. If you have already been in some authentic spiritual schooling, be it Art of Living, Pranic Healing or Bihar School of Yoga…..you may not appreciate it at all.

Having said that, these are not post analysis of the course, but were the train of thoughts running in my head, staring blank at the speaker. My eyes were dozing off. My mind screaming at me “you could have made me read some tough book….why this speech??? You missed the sketching classes for this?? Huh!!!!” ….AND….Suddenly there was a waking call from within, “Empty Your Cup….”.

I realized that I am full, and no space left for anything new. So many preconceived ideas, prejudiced perceptions….Not that I agree that the course was worth attending but that moment had an eye opening surge of current….Just three words from the consciousness and there were so many self realizations… I humbled myself and paid attention to the speaker. My yawning series ceased instantaneously. I was up and awake because I know I am being watched, every thought, every emotion is being monitored. Felt deep gratitude to my Teacher for the priceless teachings I have learnt from him. So true that when you explore something outside, you appreciate what you have been practicing so far. Adds more value, dedication and interest in details of your practices.
How much do I owe to my Guru, for monitoring me, teaching me, bearing my mistakes, guiding me, loving me, for being there every moment….Even a mother cannot watch her child all the time, but the Guru does and for many life times.

Time for me to get out of the well and experience the vast world God has made for us...

In Him I Trust

Allah

Allah Al Mukthadar!
Allah the All Mighty!

Allah Al Rahim!
Allah the All Knowing!

Allah Al Hafeez!
Allah the All Provider!

In Him you have to trust. Life may take you through tough moments but the Al Rahim knows that you can handle it.
During tough times, take the first step and tell yourself that in HIM I TRUST.
What next? The All Mighty will help you explore this immense inner strength in you that would have never come out into existence if not for this pain you went through. You will then look into this monster problem and say “You can’t break me. I will face you no mater what!!”
Not that there will be a miracle always and turn your life to what you wanted, but the end result will be beautiful. All is well when it ends well….
Take the next step and ask yourself “What is my lesson here?” You will be amazed to see the teachings that pour down. Life is undoubtedly the best teacher!! There will be one main lesson to be learnt but many more as complimentary J
So what? Ohh these teachings will transform you into a new person. You are grown up soul, with more maturity, more happiness, more awareness. You recognize your friends and foes. You understand the right-wrong, good-bad, easy-tough with better perspective. You are definitely more complete…. J
Allah Al Hafeez needs you to reach out his children in pain. Now, when you meet a person going through something similar, you know exactly what that pain is, what the person needs and you are the most apt to console and guide the situation. In the process of being a channel to the Al Provider, you become his favorite child.
Drenched in his love, the bliss is everlasting and absolutely priceless. And then one day you will look back at what you went through and tell yourself “For this Love of my Lord, I can take any number of such pains” J
Truth is Allah and Allah is truth. Sa Ai Baba: Truth is my mother, truth is my father. Parents will never put children through something that will perish them. They may sometimes get tough only to teach the child how to survive.

In Him I Trust!!

Ronan Keating - When You Say Nothing At All

It's amazing how you can speak right to my heart
Without saying a word, you can light up the dark
Try as I may I could never explain
What I hear when you don't say a thing

The smile on your face let's me know that you need me
There's a truth in your eyes saying you'll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you'll catch me if ever I fall
You say it best when you say nothing at all

All day long I can hear people talking out loud
But when you hold me near, you drown out the crowd
Try as they may they can never define
What's being said between your heart and mine

रास रच्यो ब्रिन्दावन में वनमाली

I am kind of obsessed with Radha- Krishna sketches. These are some of the sketches from 2004. Please pardon all the imperfections; I am not a trained artist. With all its flaws, these sketches give me immense pleasure to recall all the patience and hard work I invested.

मेरे तो गिरिधर गोपाल दुसुरो न कोई

How insane Am I?
In your light I find my eternity.
In your love I drench my destiny.
Know Thy-self and be ThyRhythmDivine!
I explore myself, I see only your light.
How Do I show this to the world thats so blind?
How insane Am I or is it the insanity of love, oh mine!

ನಾನು ನೀನು ನೀನು ನಾನು ನೀನು ಆನು ಆನು ತಾನು

An effort to paint some abstract perception of love. It feels good to break the rules. No brush, no rules, painting...:). I used some cotton buds.

Past Present and Future have merged and stood still in your LIGHT.

All I need is the Rhythm Divine

This one is my favorite sketch. Really very close to my heart. I tried to imitate it from one of Osho’s books, I think in 2008. Actually, did not expect that I will be able to sketch it even close to the original.
Color pencils and fabric glitters have managed to mask the flaws… ;)
